These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Convierge mobile application and the website at convierge.app (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Primary Key LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Convierge provides travel-related information including currency conversion, tipping guidelines, unit conversion, local phrases, country and city guides, emergency contacts, and trip planning tools. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

The Service is a travel companion tool, not a substitute for official government travel advisories, professional financial advice, or emergency services.
Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. When you do, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where possible.
You may create content within the Service, including trip itineraries, dream board items, notes, and other planning materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not share, sell, or use your User Content for any other purpose.
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Primary Key LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Convierge" and the Convierge logo are trademarks of Primary Key LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless applicable law permits it or you have our written permission.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (such as currency data providers or app store platforms). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Certain features of Convierge are designed to work without an internet connection, including country guides, emergency information, and tipping rules. However, features that require real-time data (such as live currency exchange rates) require an active internet connection. Offline data is based on the most recent sync and may not reflect the latest information.
Convierge is currently available as a free application. If we introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future, we will clearly communicate pricing before any charges apply. You will not be charged without your explicit consent.
Any purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to those platforms' respective payment terms and refund policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the Service.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIMARY KEY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Primary Key LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and ceasing to use the website. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where possible.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) shall survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Primary Key LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
